当社のオリジナルブランドとしてオープンした世界各国の自然派ワインが楽しめる『ワイン食堂 VINSENT』にて、ホールやキッチン業務をお任せします。店舗運営のノウハウを学びながら店長を目指していきましょう

~~『ワイン食堂 VINSENT』~~

リーズナブルなワインから値段の張るワインまで取り揃えた店内。こだわりの肉料理や産地直送の新鮮な魚介を開放的なオープンキッチンで調理し、リーズナブルな価格で提供します。人気商品は鉄板にポテト、ステーキをのせて上からソースをかけたハラミステーキやアヒージョ、バーニャカウダなどです。

メンバーがモチベーション高く働けるよう、積極的にコミュニケーションをとってください。

経験者の方はメニュー開発等のご提案も可能

未経験の方は簡単な業務からスタートもできますので、ご安心ください。

仕事のポイント

  • 自由な発想のお店づくりを

手書きのオリジナルメニュー表を作成したり、独自のキャンペーンを行なったり、Instagramの店舗アカウントでおススメ料理の告知をしたり。店長とスタッフが自由な発想でお店を盛り上げることを大切にしています。流行りのメニューやイベントにアンテナを張り、店舗に取り入れていくことも可能です。

※シフト制(実働8h勤務)

(ランチとディナーの間に閉店時間有)

※残業は月40時間程度です。シフトによって、残業をせず終えることも可能です

  • シフトや出勤時間はアルバイトスタッフのシフト希望と調整しながら決定します。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 240850円 ~ 423350円

※残業が発⽣した場合、残業手当を別途⽀給致します。

※深夜手当も別途支給致します。

月給310000円以上

・飲食店経験者の場合(学生時のアルバイト含む)

例)月平均残業時間40時間

残業40時間の場合は、残業手当69,410円~

  • 平均月収︓310,260円~

(内訳︓月給240,850円+残業代 69,410円/40h分)

・未経験の方は月給26万円~

※試用期間:3ヶ月(待遇・条件に変更はございません)
