親子の笑顔や、子どもの成長に寄り添える仕事です

  • 【教室について】

当教室は地域密着の親子キックボクシングを中心としたエクササイズ教室です。

親子で一緒にキックボクシングを楽しみながら、心と身体の成長をサポートするレッスンを行っています。

大人同士、子ども同士でペアを組み、お互いにミットを持ち合いながらトレーニングを行うスタイルで、親子で汗を流しながら達成感を共有していきます。

業界や格闘技の経験、性別は問いません

経験よりもコミュニケーション能力や、生徒さんと楽しみながらレッスンをしたいという姿勢を重視します

初めは先輩のサポートからスタートして、徐々に仕事を任せていきますし、

困ったことがあればすぐにフォローします。

現在活躍してくれているスタッフもキックボクシング経験なしから活躍しています。

また、安全面も十分に配慮してレッスンを行っているので安心してください

  • 【安心して通えるようにサポート】

スクールでは、まずは、専任コーチの補助として、サポートを行ないます。

得意な方や慣れてきた方はコーチを担当していきます。

子どもたちのできることが少しずつ増えて喜ぶ姿を間近で見ることができるので大きなやりがいを感じられます。

レッスンは50分構成で、準備体操からウォーミングアップ、筋トレ、ミット打ち、月間テーマに沿った技術練習、

最後に親子でのサーキットトレーニングまで、盛りだくさんの内容です。

親子で運動をする目的や、体づくりを通して、家族の絆を深め合っていきます。

大人は運動不足の解消や新たなコミュニティとのつながりを持てる場として、

子どもは協調性やコミュニケーション力を育み、仲間同士で「育ち合う」環境で社会性を学びます。

資格は必要ありません。

子供から大人まで楽しくキックボクシングができる環境を作っています。

格闘技の技術より雰囲気や話し方、教室のやり方に共感いただける方を希望します。

残業は月平均25時間程度です。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 280000円 ~ 320000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:40,000円

みなし残業時間:25.00時間

売り上げ目標達成など、インセンティブ制度あり

コーチとしてのひとり立ちや将来的な教室長への就任など、キャリアアップに合わせてしっかりと給与・待遇面でお応えしていきます。

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

給与:月給 250000円~280000円
