【仕事内容】

  • 住宅型有料老人ホームにおける介護業務全般をお願いいたします

・入居者様の身体介護(食事・入浴・排泄介助など)

・日常生活のサポート

・居室の見回り、安否確認

・日常会話や関わりを通じた心のケア

・夜勤時の見守り・介助業務

※「作業としての介護」ではなく、その方の背景や想いを大切にした支援を行っています

※経験やブランクに応じて、丁寧にフォローします

必須資格: いずれかの資格をお持ちの方

・介護福祉士

・介護職員実務者研修修了

・介護職員初任者研修修了

  • 経験や実績により定年後も延長が可能です

勤務時間


平均所定労働時間:170時間/月

【日勤】

・早番:7:00~16:00(休憩60分)

・日勤:9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

・遅番:11:00~20:00(休憩60分)

【夜勤】

・ショート夜勤:20:00~翌8:00(休憩分)

・ロング夜勤:18:00~翌9:00(休憩分)

※残業時間:月5時間以内

就労期間:期間の定め無し

休日休暇


・完全週休二日制(シフト制/週2日公休)

  • 希望休:月2日まで相談OK

・有給休暇:入社半年後10日付与

・有給消化率100%

給与


月給 250,000円 ~ 260,000円

※各種手当を含みます

※夜勤手当別途支給

【各種手当】

・ショート夜勤手当:20,000円/回

・ロング夜勤手当:22,000円/回

【月収例】

ロング夜勤月4回:月収34万円以上可能

・賞与:年2回(計1.0ヶ月分/前年度実績)

・昇給:年1回(1,000円~20,000円)
