動画配信プラットフォームのプロダクトに加え、お客様の動画配信に関するあらゆるニーズにワンストップで応えられる強みを持っています。この独自の強みを最大限に活かし、お客様が抱える複雑なビジネス課題に対し、最適なプロダクトの組み合わせから導入支援、そして運用に至るまで一気通貫のソリューションを設計・提案できる人材が求められています。

そこで今回、CRE室(カスタマーリライアビリティエンジニアリング室)を新設しました。

当社の強みであるワンストップソリューション。その価値を最大限に引き出し、お客様のプロダクト導入をスムーズに進めます。

同時にお客様の技術的な理解の負担を軽減し、本質的な課題解決に貢献できる体制づくりを目指しています。

【職務内容】

お客様のビジネス課題を技術で解決するソリューションアーキテクトとして、以下の業務を主体的に推進していただきます。

【具体的には】

お客様や営業担当からの技術的課題に対し、当社プロダクト( STREAKS、KRONOS 等)や技術を最適に組み合わせたシステム構成を設計し、提案書を作成します。

必要に応じて、システムサンプルやデモンストレーションの構築、代替案の提示も行います。

提案に伴う費用(原価)の算出と、その根拠を明確に提示します。

【求める人材】

・React、、Ruby on Rails等のいずれかの言語・フレームワークを用いた実務経験5年以上

・AWS または GCP を利用したシステム設計・構築・運用経験

・Web アプリケーションの基本的な設計・構築に関する知識・経験

・円滑なビジネスコミュニケーション能力

【歓迎】

・モバイルアプリ開発経験( Swift、Kotlin、Flutter 等)

・Web 業界以外でのシステム開発・提案経験

・英語でのコミュニケーション力(あれば歓迎)

【給与】

年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
