電気工事施工管理職/管理職候補/大手メーカー受注案件/元受けでの勤務【神奈川県/横浜市】

【仕事内容】

同社と長年お取引のある大手メーカーの工場にて、小規模~大規模の設備維持メンテナンスや改修工事の施工管理(電気)業務をお任せします。

  • 業務内容

同社と長年お取引のある大手メーカーの工場にて、小規模~大規模の施工管理(電気)業務をお任せします。

※拠点によっては1件数千円~の工事から対応しております。

※こちらも拠点によりますが、新入社員で年間100件程度の見積もりを取る場合もあるので、ご対応いただく案件は小さいものから様々です(あくまでも目安です)。

  • 業務詳細:

基本的な業務内容は大手メーカー工場の設備維持メンテナンスや改修工事の施工管理業務がメインとなります。

その他、下記の業務も徐々にお任せしていきます。

【建物内部での業務】

・高圧幹線工事

・生産設備のための電気工事

・照明工事・放送設備工事・自動火災報知設備

・ネットワーク工事・セキュリティ工事など

【建物外部での業務】

・受電設備工事

・変電設備工事

・非常用発電機工事

・コージェネレーション設備工事

・再生可能エネルギー設備工事など

  • 配属部署について:

当組織は11名の方が活躍しております。

(20代2名 30代1名 40代3名 50代5名)

  • 働き方について:

・出張は近隣エリアに行くことはありますが、現状出張している人の方が少ないです。

・残業時間を減らすために建設ディレクターのポジションを設けるなど、施工管理の負担を減らすための施策を積極的に取り入れています。

【年収・給与】

【想定年収】550万円~900万円(年齢例:35歳~60歳)【想定月収】30万円~50万円(年齢例:35歳~60歳)※上記金額はあくまでも目安であり、経験・年齢・能力などを考慮のうえ、同社規定により決定します。※上記金額には想定残業時間(40時間/月目安)を含んでおります。賞与:有り(年2回/平均3ヶ月分)昇給:有り(年1回)
