すべての店舗がフィットネスクラブ内。

フィットネスで使った筋肉にアプローチするバリ式エステで、お客様の美容と健康をサポートします。

■フェイシャル&ボディの施術

■コスメのご提案・ホームケアのアドバイス など

フィットネスクラブ内に設けた『スイート・ピア』のエステルーム。

きめ細やかなバリニーズエステで多くのお客様から好評をいただいています。

今では約70店舗を展開。今後はより多くのお客様に応えていくため、一緒に働く仲間を募集することになりました。

【イチから「プロ」へと育てます】

バリ式の高度なハンドマッサージを施すスタッフの存在は、当社の強みとなるサービスそのもの。

だからこそ、育成に力を入れています。入社3ヶ月間は、専任講師による研修。

気持ちの良い接客スキルや笑顔、栄養学などの基礎知識、痩身などの基本技術などを

未経験から着実に身につけられるので、未経験から安心してスタートできます。

【キャリアアップを後押しする研修も】

年功序列ではなく、自分から手を挙げてキャリアアップを目指せる環境です。そのための充実した研修も用意。

店長候補研修は6ヶ月ものプログラムでしっかりと育てていきます。

固定残業手当:月41時間相当分、6万2,320円。超過分は別途支給。

固定残業手当:月33.4時間相当分、5万768円。超過分は別途支給。

また、月間の休日が10日という勤務体系も選択可能です

【試用期間中について】

月給:21万円~23万円

【月給の内訳】

基本給:201,199円~213,174万円
