■業務内容

プロダクト人材(エンジニア/PM/カスタマーサクセスなど)採用の専門チームの一員として、"攻めの人事"に挑戦いただきます。

具体的には:

*BizReach・Paizaなどの媒体スカウト運用

*スカウト返信率や決定率のデータ分析・改善企画

*面接調整/候補者対応/部門連携

*スカウト文や求人票の言語設計、採用広報施策(企画立案~運用実行)

*経営陣や現場と一体となっての戦略実行

※希望や適性に応じて、エンジニア新卒採用や潜在層向け施策(LinkedIn等)にも関われます。*

いずれかに該当する方

・エンジニア採用/採用支援の実務経験

・IT領域での営業/企画/開発経験を通じて、エンジニア職種への理解・関心が高い方

・エンジニア採用に限らず600万以上のミドル・ハイレイヤー層の採用経験お持ちの方

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥6,000,000 〜 ¥8,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥81,997〜¥109,330(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■給与補足

・昇給:年2回(7月・1月)※年2回実施の対象者は入社3年以内、4年目以降は年1回(7月)。

・賞与:年3回(6月・9月・12月)
