Your Role And Responsibilities
業界向けコンサルタントとして、IBMの幅広い製品や技術を活用し、お客様に対して専門的なサービスを提案・提供・実施する役割を担います。お客様から信頼されるビジネスアドバイザーとして、最も困難なビジネス課題を解決するために革新的なソリューションを提供します。
この役割では、お客様が戦略、プロセス、技術、情報を統合し、効果を高め、コストを削減し、利益や株主価値を向上させるプロジェクトに取り組みます。また、新しいスキルを習得し、異なる分野での経験を積み、新たな挑戦に取り組む機会も得られ、さまざまな業界に対する深い理解を育むことができます。
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
コンサルティングファームにおける金融業界向けコンサルティング経験(ビジネス戦略・業務改革・データ分析・ITソリューションなど、いずれの分野でも可)
ITベンダー、SIerにおける金融業界向けのプロジェクト推進経験
銀行など金融機関におけるIT部門や経営企画部門での業務企画や業務改革に携わった経験
お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分な日本語力を有していること
