<仕事内容>
あなたには、小中学生メインで講師業務をお任せします。
「学校の授業についていけるか不安…」
「勉強の楽しさを知りたい」
そんな生徒の学校の宿題のサポートや定期テスト対策をお願いします。
勉強を好きになってもらうことが最初のステップ。
「先生、わかったよ」という笑顔が何よりのやりがいです。
当塾では、生徒との対話を重視し、
一人ひとりの可能性を最大限に
引き出すことを目指しています。
学習指導から演習サポートまで、
生徒の学力向上を多角的に支援する
役割を担っていただきます。
【業務内容】
- 個別指導(1対2または1対1/60分)
担任として、生徒の学習計画に沿った
指導を行います。得意科目のみの
ご担当も可能です。
- 演習サポート
演習エリアを巡回し、質問対応や
丸付けを行います。直接的な解説ではなく、
生徒が自力で正答を導き出せるよう、
ヒントの提示や思考の整理といった形で
サポートをお願いいたします。

【服装について】
大学の授業などで忙しい方でも働きやすいよう、服装のルールを以下のように定めています。
- 基本の服装
原則はスーツ着用です。
オフィスカジュアルも可能です。
大学の授業後などでスーツに着替える時間がない時は、以下のどちらかでOKです。
①職場にスーツを置いておき、教室で着替える。
②私服の上から、貸与するスタッフブルゾンを着用する。
- 髪色・ネイル・ピアスについて
茶髪・ネイル:基本的にOKです。
ピアス:勤務時間中のみ外してください。
〜大切なこと〜
何よりも「清潔感」を大切にしています。
見た目だけで判断することはありません。服装や身だしなみで不安なことや分からないことがあれば、いつでも気軽に相談してくださいね。

・平日:16:00〜22:00
・土曜日:13:00〜22:00
上記のうち都合の良い時間帯を選べます
週1日、1日1時間〜でもOK

給与詳細
基本給:時給 1700円 〜
※1対1個別指導:時給1400円~
※チューター・教室事務補助業務:時給1250円~
※能力・実績により昇給あり
【2026年4月から新給与制度開始】
基本給:時給1750円~
※1対1個別指導:時給1450円~
※チューター・教室事務補助業務:時給1300円~
インセンティブ
項目別ポイント査定で最大250円を基本給に上乗せ
有給休暇制度
学習塾業界では珍しい有給休暇が取得できます
※6ヶ月以上継続勤務の方
基本給+インセンティブで時給2000円を目指そう
