●仕事内容●

最初は簡単なドリンクのお運びや

洗い物からスタート

慣れてきたらお客様のご案内、

オーダー取り、ドリンク作り、

灰皿交換、グラス交換、お会計など

簡単なホール業務をお任せします。

営業終了後は後片付け、

フロアやキッチンの掃除などをお願いします

さらに店内イベントの企画、

キャストのスケジュール管理、

接客マナー指導、スタッフ管理、

面接、新人教育、採用、募集、

仕入れ、価格設定など…

経営に関わる業務も少しずつお任せします。

無理のない範囲で学べるので、

経営ノウハウが全てわかるように

将来の独立や起業にも役立ちます。
