仕事内容:
一般事務スタッフとして、社内の事務業務全般を担当していただきます。
パソコンを使った入力作業が中心のお仕事です。
決められた手順やフォーマットに沿って進めます。
【主な業務内容】
・データ入力・集計業務
売上や顧客情報などを入力します。
入力後の確認や簡単な集計も行います。
・各種資料・契約書の作成補助
フォーマットへの入力や修正が中心です。
一から作成する業務はほとんどありません。
・社内システムへのデータ登録
取引情報や進捗内容を登録します。
操作方法はマニュアルがあります。
・会議資料・報告書の作成
会議で使う資料を準備します。
報告書もテンプレートを使用します。
・電話対応・庶務業務
電話は取り次ぎが中心です。
郵送物対応や備品管理も行います。
パソコン操作に慣れている方に向いています。
数字を扱う作業が得意な方も活躍できます。
業務改善のアイデアも歓迎される環境です。
