\野外活動や自然に触れるお仕事です/

藤沢市の青少年育成を担う公益財団法人にて、

子ども達が参加するイベントの企画運営や

施設の環境づくりに関する業務全般を担当します。

主な業務内容

・体験イベントや季節行事などの企画・準備・運営

・施設や屋外フィールド(森・広場等)の環境整備・管理

(清掃、草刈り、設営・片付け、安全確認 等)

・利用者対応、受付業務

・報告書作成やデータ入力などの事務業務

※企画や運営は複数名のスタッフで協力して行います。

※未経験の方も、業務を通じて少しずつ慣れていただける環境です。

<必須条件>

・高等学校卒業以上

・青少年活動に理解と意欲のある方

・基本的なパソコン操作ができる方

・普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり155時間

  • 4週8休のシフト制(※土日祝勤務あり)
  • 勤務時間:8:30~17:15

契約更新期間:2026年4月1日 ~ 2027年3月31日

※任期はありますが、1年間じっくり実務経験を積めるポジションです。

藤沢市内にある当財団事務所を拠点とし、

業務内容に応じて、以下の青少年施設にて勤務していただきます。

・藤沢青少年会館

・藤沢市少年の森

※いずれも藤沢市内の施設です。

※配属先は業務状況等を考慮のうえ決定します。
