■広告制作事業

CF(映像広告)、雑誌媒体、Web媒体、クロスメディアを横断的に駆使して企業の広告活動を支援します。

■マーケティング事業

企業や組織の諸課題をマーケティングの視点から調査分析し、課題解決まで伴走します。

■ブランド戦略事業

企業および商品の認知・販売促進やブランド構築のために、戦略的なプロモーション案をトータルで企画から提案。

Webと広告をミックスして、クライアントのために全力で活動します。

■顧客交流事業

各領域のプロフェッショナルと経営者、個人と企業など、弊社が運営するコミュニティの中で、交流をサポートし、企業成長を支援します。

会員様の交流をサポートするお仕事です。

お客様と直接関わり、ITだけではカバーできない"人の力"を大切にしています 。

■お申し込みがあったお客様の入会案内

・入会時の面談&面接

・会員様の写真&動画の撮影

・ヒアリングしたお話と写真をもとに会員様のプロフィールを作成

■会員様からの問い合わせ対応

・電話、メール、LINEでのお問い合わせ対応

・会員様同士の日程調整

・メルマガの作成やおすすめ活動

勤務時間・曜日:

11:00~20:00

※基本は固定曜日休、希望休提出可

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(月8~13日)

アクセス:

「渋谷駅」徒歩7分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥250,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥18,000(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与形態:月給

給与:250,000円 〜 (※想定年収 3,000,000円 ~ )

※試用期間:3ヶ月(期間中の待遇は変わりません)

上記額にはみなし残業代(月10時間分、18,000円~分)を含みます。

※超過分は別途支給します

◎賞与/年2回、実務実績及び会社業績による

・スペシャリスト手当/職能給(スキルに応じて)

・職務手当(役職に応じて支給)

・時間外手当(10時間超過分)

・通勤手当(出社の場合、月2万円まで)

【年収例】

4,000,000円 / 入社2年目・未経験入社/月給26万円+賞与年2回+一律手当
