人材コーディネータとして、企業の採用活動を支援する仲間を募集します

未経験の方も歓迎

【具体的な仕事内容】

企業向け活動

・採用計画や希望する人材についてのヒアリング

・最適な採用計画の立案および提案

・新規開拓営業

・クライアント運営サポート(実績・勤怠管理など)

派遣スタッフ向け活動

・スタッフのサポート・アフターフォロー

・求人記事の作成と調整

・掲載後の効果分析と企業への報告

・内定から入職後のフォロー

・未経験の方は、簡単な事務作業からスタート徐々に業務範囲を広げていただきます。

【入社後の流れ】

  • Phase1:研修期間(1~2か月)

面接や提案、人材管理についての研修を実施します。

未経験者向けのマニュアルがあり、安心して学べる環境です。

これまでにもさまざまな職種の未経験者が活躍しています。

  • Phase2:研修終了後

先輩社員とチームを組み、クライアント対応をスタート。

初めは先輩と一緒に業務を進めながら、徐々に業務をお任せします。

  • STEP3:キャリアアップ(昇給・昇格あり)

明確な評価基準に基づき、毎月の目標達成でインセンティブや基本給がアップします。

チームリーダー、マネージャー、部長、さらには子会社代表など、多彩なキャリアパスが用意されています。
