仕事内容:

【主な仕事内容】

・マシンオペレーター(JUKI製マウンターRS-1,JUKI製はんだ印刷機RP-1)

・プリント基板への部品アッセンブリ機械の段取り、オペレーション

・上記に付随する業務

※細かい作業のため、ある程度の視力が必要です。

当社は、いわゆる"ものづくり"と言われる製造業です。マシンオペレーターの他に手先を使ったはんだ付け作業、

ネジを用いた組立作業、ラベル貼りや検品、出荷検査など様々なお仕事があります。

経験者はもちろん未経験者でも安心して働いていただける職場環境を用意しております。

昇給も近年は新入社員等に対し毎年1万円以上アップした実績も多数ございます。


求める人材:

・未経験者大歓迎(未経験スタートで定着した方が多いです。)

・【なくてもOK】普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方歓迎

・PCを使ってのExcel、Word経験が多少ある方

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30〜17:30(休憩1時間・実働8時間)

週休二日制(休日:日曜日、祝日、その他)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(祝日、年末年始、特別休日)※年間休日120日以上(当社カレンダーによる)

・年次有給休暇(最高20日)

・慶弔休暇

勤務地:

・原則屋内禁煙、喫煙スペースあり

最寄り駅:JR各線・京王線 橋本駅

橋本駅からバスで「工場入口」まで15分 バス停から徒歩8分

給与:

基本給

210000~250000円スタート

未経験者 210,000円+各種手当

経験者 ~250,000円+各種手当(能力により応相談)

【各種手当】

・通勤手当(上限:10,000円)※上限以上は応相談

・住宅手当(全員: 10,000円)

・家族手当(配偶者:10,000円 子供:5,000円)

・昇給 年1回(4月)10,000円/月 以上の実績あり

・業績賞与(2023年度:年2回の支払い実績あり)
