【募集ポジション】 電気工事スタッフ。信号機関連工事、電気自動車充電設備工事、携帯基地局建設工事を主業務とします。

【主な業務内容】

・信号機LED交換工事:信号機関連の各種工事作業

・充電設備設置工事:電気自動車充電インフラの構築

・基地局建設工事:ソフトバンク・docomoなど大手通信会社の基地局設置

・現場での安全管理と品質確保 ・軽ワゴン、軽トラック、高所作業車を使用した作業

【業務の特徴】

・関東地区を中心とした各現場への直行直帰

・大手企業・公共案件が主体で安定稼働

・年間休日120日で計画的な休息が可能

・先輩社員による丁寧なOJT

・資格取得支援で技術向上をバックアップ

・現場手当など実績に応じた報酬体系

【1日の流れ】

・09:00 現場集合(または事務所出社後、現場へ直行)

・09:00~12:00 工事作業

・12:00~13:00 休憩

・13:00~18:00 工事作業

・18:00 現場終了(各自帰宅)

※始業時間は現場により変動。変更時に現場手当支給

【求める人物像】

・普通自動車運転免許(MT推奨。AT所持の場合はMT取得必須)

・高卒以上

・電気工事経験があれば尚可

・中型自動車免許があると優遇

・未経験でも学習意欲がある方

・基本給 180,000円〜335,000円

【参考年収】

・入社1年目:年収約390万円(月給180万円×12ヶ月+現場手当60万円+賞与45万円)

・入社3年目:年収約450万円(月給240万円×12ヶ月+手当90万円+賞与60万円)

・入社5年目:年収約510万円(月給280万円×12ヶ月+手当120万円+賞与70万円)

【各種手当】

・現場手当:日額2,500円(稼働日数に応じて支給)

・資格手当:月5,000円~50,000円(第二種電気工事士など取得時)

・住宅手当:月20,000円(安定生活をサポート)

・運転手当:月3,000円~10,000円(経験・実績に応じて昇給)

・世帯手当:月10,000円~16,000円(単身者10,000円、世帯状況により13,000~16,000円)

・交通費:実費支給(月額上限15,000円)
