今後、全国へ拠点を展開していくタイミングで我々の管理部門の業務をお任せする業務の募集です

【事業内容】

お客様に「商品を売る」仕事ではなくお客様の「商品を買う」という仕事なので、

その他:楽器・ミシン・酒・工具・ピアノ・オーディオ機器・骨董品・etc......

【仕事内容】

当社はカメラやブランド品・時計・楽器など ご家庭で不要になったものを 出張買取している会社です

今回は弊社が扱っている出張買取サイトより 問い合わせいただいたお客様からの電話対応業務のお仕事です

■電話応対 ■簡単なデータ入力(エクセル、Word等)

【具体的には】

「すいません、○○や○○などを売りたいのですが買取いただけますか?」 という問い合わせを受けたあと 「ご住所」や「売りたいものの状態確認」を行い、 実際に買取に行く日にちを決める→情報をPCへ入力 迄をお願いします (※出張買取に行くのは営業メンバーなので、営業要素は一切なし)

(1日の流れ)

10:00 出社

10:00 業務開始(PC打込み)

12:00〜13:00 昼休憩

20:00 業務終了

【勤務時間】

9:00~19:00 or 10:00~20:00 (実働稼働8時間)

休日:隔週土曜日・日曜日or隔週水曜日・木曜日、祝日・お盆・GW・年末年始(7日間)

お休みの曜日が2パターンより選べます。

【給与】

固定給:¥250,000 〜 (能力に応じる)研修有り

賞与:年1回:12月
