Department Overview
Group Accounting Department of Rakuten Group, Inc. manages the accounting business of Rakuten Group, Inc. and Rakuten Group in cooperation with the accounting departments of overseas and financial subsidiaries and business accounting departments of each company.
Another important mission is to gather information necessary for management decision-making, such as financial and business performance, and to support group management through the CFO.
This is a position that requires you to respond to internal and external changes with a sense of speed and proactivity, and it is a challenging environment that allows you to fully demonstrate your expertise and business skills for those with experience, and for younger members to grow with a sense of speed.

Mandatory Qualifications:
Knowledge of accounting with bookkeeping level 2 or higher.
At least 3 years of experience in a business company or professional firm.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as an organization.
Be able to respond flexibly to changes.
Business-level Japanese
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in consolidation accounting
Experience in preparing the disclosure in a listed company
Experience in improving accounting systems and processes.
Experience in team management or project management.
