整体院と併設のフィットネススタジオ

ファンクショナルトレーニングで

健康をサポートするお仕事です

・お客様へのトレーニングや食事指導などによる、

生活習慣改善プログラムの提供

・症状改善に向けたパーソナル・グループレッスン

お客様の姿勢や症状に合わせたセルフケアメニューの提供

・SNSを活用した情報発信やマーケティング・PC作業

など 。

一人ひとりの身体の状態に合わせて、

トレーニングや食事メニューを組み、

健康をトータル的にサポートします。

トレーニングだけではなく、併設する整体院で施術を受けている方が多いので整体師の先生と手を組み従来のトレーニング指導だけでは得ることができないノウハウを身に付けることができます。

また、Youtubeやオンラインサロンの運営、Webマーケティングなども行っておりますので、適材適所「自分の得意」を伸ばすことが出来ます。

【早番・遅番で実働8時間に】

営業時間の前後の作業などで、1日の労働時間が長くなりがちな業界ですが、

早番と遅番の交代制で、8時間労働+1時間休憩の一般的な労働時間に調整しています 。

残業はあっても月最大10時間程度。 ※残業代は支給また、完全週休二日制なので プライベートもしっかり充実させることができます。
