愛知県名古屋市初任地にて、総合防災システムの施工管理業務をご担当して頂きます。
自社商品の設置に関する工程管理、工期調整、品質管理、原価管理などゼネコンやサブコンとは違う「メーカー側」の立場です。

【詳細】
火災報知設備や防排煙設備などを中心とする様々な機器を組み合わせて完成へと導いていただきます。
システムを納入する施設は多種多様です。
案件は、マンション、病院、学校、トンネルなど、大勢の人々が利用する大規模な施設の新築リニューアルです。
仕事の流れ
- 営業メンバーが受注した後、案件の詳細を確認
※案件の規模が大きいものが多く、1案件に集中して取り組んでいただきます。
- システムの設置・施工を協力会社に依頼。打合せを行なう
- 人と資材の調整を行ない、具体的なスケジュールを決定
- 消防署へ着工届けを提出し、施工をスタート
- 進捗管理、仕様変更などを手がける。完成後には動作試験を実施
- 消防署による消防検査への立ち会い

【年収】450万円~750万円(30歳~45歳例)【月収】23万円~36万円(30歳~45歳例)※年齢、経験を考慮の上同社規定により決定いたします。※残業代別途支給致します昇給:年1回 賞与:年2回
