Apex Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Fund Administrator to join our collaborative and inclusive team. This full-time Fund Administrator remote role is based in Japan and comes with a favorable salary and benefits package. Flexible working hours will be available upon request.
Job specification
Coordinating all payments for our clients Corporate companies and their investment structures
Working closely with the client on the closing process, including the all the closing payments, waterfalls, etc. for the company and asset
Working closely with the SPC Accounting teams in Tokyo and Shanghai to coordinate all accounting entries in the Corporate and Investment companies
Working with the clients chosen banks to open accounts, organize all seals, stamps, bank books, etc.
Working closely with the client's investment teams to coordinate all approvals and ensure that proper procedures are followed
Supporting the tax filing process with the provision of all data required by the appointed tax advisors
Working closely with the subsidiary company on mutual clients where our company is the appointed Trustee and SPC Accountant and Administrator
Coordinating with the local Japanese property management companies to for all capital and operating expense payments
Skills Required:
1-3 experience as bank teller in Japan
Japanese language (required)
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills
Proficient in using accounting software
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Integrity and ethics, maintaining confidentiality of financial information
Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
