The Defense & Intelligence Group of Leidos has an opening for the Navy's Service Management, Integration and Transport (SMIT) Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) 3M Work Center Supervisor in Yokosuka, Japan.

This position supports the Navy's Maintenance and Material Management (3M) program—the Navy's largest maintenance program, designed to ensure operational readiness of equipment. The 3-M system provides structured processes for planning, acquiring, organizing, and evaluating maintenance resources and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Navy 3M processes for the region.
• Maintain copies of current Force Revision (FR), List of Effective Pages (LOEP), and classified Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs) for the Piers network.
• Advise, monitor, and assist Government Department Head, and other regional site, work center supervisors (WCS) in matters concerning the 3-M System and updates.
• Monitor the 3-M PQS Program and maintain an auditable record of personnel qualified in 3-M PQS regarding the piers network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2–6 years of relevant experience. Extensive 3M experience may substitute for a degree.
• U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
• Hands-on experience with DoD networks, including NIPR and SIPR.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Formal training and documentation (PQS) in Navy 3M standards and procedures. Familiarity with the Navy SKED, or the 3-M Planned Maintenance System (PMS) System Scheduler. Ability to utilize and maintain an AWN (Automated Work Notification) account.
