・訪問介護計画書や各種書類の作成
・担当者会議への参加、関係機関との連携
・ヘルパーのシフト調整・育成・フォロー
・サービス提供および利用者様への同行支援
・ご家族・関係者との情報共有・相談対応

9:00 出社/朝礼・スタッフとの情報共有

9:30 訪問介護計画書の作成・各種事務処理

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥330,000 〜 ¥510,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥55,000(27時間30分相当分)を含む。27時間30分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
月給33万円~(試用期間31万円~)
※資格、条件に応じて加給あり。
※固定残業代27.5時間を含む
◆扶養者手当:扶養者が1人の場合 5,000円・扶養者が2人以上の場合 10,000円支給
◆経験・能力・成果に応じ基本給の昇給あり
◆管理者と兼任の場合は+25,000円支給
◆交通費支給(上限月2万)
