私たちは、専門性の高い技術で、芝生を最高の状態に仕上げ、維持管理することが仕事です。特殊技術を持っているため、競合はほとんどいません。名門ゴルフコースや日本の象徴である公共施設等の芝生管理も任されており、創業から20年連続で増収増益を続けています。(2024年度の売上見込みは社員15名で4億円)いまの当社に必要なのは次世代を担う人材にほかなりません。

自然の中で働くには、多少の体力が必要です。ただし、重い物を持ち上げたり運んだりという仕事はほとんど無いので腕力はいりません。汗をかきながら、クライアント及び芝生(スポーツターフ)と真剣に向き合うことが出来る方であれば、素晴らしい技術を身に付けることが出来るでしょう。競合の少ない業種ですので、技術を習得した後は現場作業だけでなく、監督、営業又は独立と将来のビジョンを持ち、能動的にステップアップしていける方を歓迎し応援します。

未経験から専門技術を身につけるチャンスに溢れた環境「未経験者を採用してじっくり育てる」といっても1年、2年の話ではありません。最低5年間をかけてあなたを指導していきます。

これだけ長い時間をかけるのは、私たちの仕事が植物相手だから。季節限定の業務も多く、それを一通り覚えるだけで1年間が経ってしまいます。そのうえ芝草管理という非常にニッチな仕事だけに、特殊機械の機械操作や薬剤調合などの専門作業がたくさんあり、慣れるまでに時間がかかることも大きな理由です。でも頑張って仕事をマスターすれば専門知識や技術があなたのものに。これからも必要とされ続ける仕事ですので、ゆくゆくは当社の経営幹部への道も開けています。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:事務所定時 8:30~17:30

・現場作業 6:00~19:00の間の実働8~10時間となります。(1~2h残業あり)

1ヶ月の平均残業時間は15時間程度となります。(現場までの往復移動時間を含む)

固定残業制となりますので、残業の少ない月でも手取りは減らないため安定した収入を期待できます。

・年休:128日/年(公休9日/月+有給20日/年)休日消化率90~100%

(その他、自身のライフスタイルにより年休日数を設定可能です)

※未消化休日が発生してしまった場合は、別途手当にて補償いたします

閑散期には2週間程度の長期休暇も取得可能(11~2月)

公休や有休を自身で上手く調整してください。

休暇・休日:

・年休制:128日/年(公休9日/月+有給20日/年)

※年間休日数を各人で管理し消化していただきます。

※プライベート優先で、休日消化の内容は一切問いません。

・家族都合での急な休日対応OK。

・男女産休・育休制度の利用実績あり。

勤務地:

・転勤なし

・年に数回程度短期出張あり。(2~3日/回)

・事業所屋内禁煙。(屋外所定場所にて喫煙可)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000〜¥60,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回(7月、12月)

・通勤手当(10,000円~15,000円/固定)

・通信手当(1,500円/固定)

・資格手当(資格内容により各5,000円~15,000円)

入社時年収:380万~

  • ※研修期間:3ヵ月は日給15,000円(残業含む)
