エニタイムフィットネスの店舗スタッフ

【雇用形態】

正社員

【仕事内容】

お客様の受付案内や事務手続き、シフト管理などを少しずつお任せします。

<具体的には>

  • 見学希望のお客様への案内対応(1人あたり目安30分)
  • 入会・退会など各種事務手続き
  • 各種PR活動の企画・立案
  • アルバイトスタッフの募集やシフト管理
  • マシンやシャワールーム・トイレ等水廻りの清掃維持管理 など

※マニュアル完備

※スタジオレッスンやプール指導などはありません

※入社後はOJTや各種研修にてスキルアップが可能です

【給与】

店舗マネージャー(未経験者)

月給250,000円以上

※経験・スキルに応じて優遇します。

※固定残業代21,200円以上(13時間分)を含む。時間超過分は追加支給

※試用期間が発生する場合があります。(最長:3ヶ月)その間の給与、待遇に変わりはありません。

※場合によってこれより短くなる可能性があります。

エニタイムフィットネス 大和店

神奈川県大和市大和東 F

※エリア採用となるため、実際に勤務する店舗が応募した店舗ではない場合があります。

※希望店舗とは異なる場合でも、通勤圏内の店舗配属となりますのでご安心ください。

【交通アクセス】

鉄本線・小田急江ノ島線「大和駅」北口より徒歩5分

【勤務時間・曜日】

11:00~20:00(実働8時間)

※基本的に残業なし

【資格・経験】

  • 29歳までの方(若年層の長期キャリア形成を図るため)
  • 職務経験不問
  • PCの基本スキル(Word、Excel等)

【休日・休暇】

月8日休み(シフトによる)

※お休みは基本的に希望通り

予定がある週は「土日休み」や「3連休」も可能です

【待遇】

  • 昇給:随時
  • 賞与:年2回(6月、12月)二年目より
