• General Customer Service (Omotenashi)
• Cooking / Food Preparation
• Store Operations and Management

This is a shop where you can learn the fundamentals of Ramen management and feel your own personal growth every day.

We currently operate 123 stores across 15 brands, focusing on Izakaya and Ramen shops

Our stores are expanding widely from central Tokyo to suburban bed towns.

We are opening stores for our flagship brands such as "Kaburaya," "Tonchin," and "Marutomi Suisan" at an unprecedented speed across Japan (including the Kansai region) and even overseas

【Visa Requirements】

To apply, you must hold one of the following valid residence statuses:

• Permanent Resident
• Spouse or Child of Japanese National
• Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident
• Long-term Resident

If you do not fall under the above, you must provide proof of passing the following:

The Japan Food Service Association "Specified Skilled Worker" (Tokutei Ginou) Skills Measurement Exam(Category 1 or 2)

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり176時間

9:00-24:00 *Shift system (8 hours of work)

8 to 9 Days per Month (Shift System)

給与

月給 32万円以上

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり7万4766円(固定残業時間:45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

• Sign-on Bonus: In your 6th month of employment, you will receive an additional 2 months' worth of salary

交通費:交通費支給

• Transportation: Fully covered (up to \20,000/month based on company regulations).

\7,000,000 / Year (Age 40, 5th year) -> Monthly \500k + Allowances

\6,000,000 / Year (Age 35, 2nd year) -> Monthly \450k + Allowances

\5,000,000 / Year (Age 27, 1st year) -> Monthly \400k + Allowances
