Responsibilities:
Ensure high availability and scalability of multi-region production environments through automation and proactive monitoring.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) for microservices.
Build and operate comprehensive observability frameworks using Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk/ELK.
Lead incident response, restoration, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in an on-call rotation.
Define and track SLOs/SLIs, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive automation to enhance system resilience.
Maintain operational readiness through runbooks, dashboards, and knowledge base documentation.
Requirements:
8-12 years in an L3/advanced technical role, ideally within telecommunications.
Expert in AWS/Rakuten Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD) and Observability (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk/ELK).
Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) and automation scripting (Python/Shell/Go).
Solid understanding of Linux administration, networking, and SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets).
Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
