樹脂発泡品・合成ゴムの営業として、お客様の課題解決をサポートするお仕事です。

【業務概要】

当社第2営業本部では、車両・建設機械・冷凍冷蔵庫・メディア・コンシューマなど幅広い分野に対して、材料選定から加工まで一貫した提案を行っています。

【お任せする業務】

◎お客様との関係構築・ニーズヒアリング

◎材料選定から加工方法の検討・提案

◎見積作成・試作品製作のサポート

◎本生産から納品までの進行管理

◎協力工場との連携・調整業務

【取扱商品】

ポリウレタンフォーム、ポリエチレンなどのケミカル製品から、吸音材、シール材、パッキン材、緩衝材、断熱材、クリーナーまで多岐にわたる製品を扱います。

【働く環境】

現在営業7名、営業事務含めて9名の少人数オフィス。ベテランスタッフも多く、分からないことはすぐに相談できるアットホームな環境です。2017年発足以来年々売上拡大中で、将来性も抜群です。

【サポート体制】

業界未経験でも安心入社後3ヶ月間の研修で商品知識を習得し、実際に加工工場でモノづくり工程を体験。実務開始後も上司・先輩が同行し、独り立ちまで全面的にバックアップします。

◎月給22.5万円~42.3万円+賞与年2回あり(予定年収:320万円~600万円)

※年齢・経験・ スキルを考慮して決定します。

※上記月給には一律手当含みます。

【賞与】

賞与あり年2回 ※昨年度実績3 .7ヶ月
