Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. ISO9001、ISO14001の維持管理、お客様からの環境調査対応、製品・原材料の化学物質法規制管理、サプライヤーへの品質改善指導を行います。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 入社後3ヶ月間の充実した研修があり、樹脂発泡品や合成ゴムの知識を基礎から学べます。加工協力工場での実地研修も含まれ、上司・先輩が全面的にサポートします。
Q. どんな製品を扱うの?
A. 車両用吸音材、建設機械用緩衝材、冷凍庫用防露材、メディア用洗浄スポンジ、コンシューマ向けクッション材など、幅広い分野の製品です。
Q. 働きやすさはどうですか?
A. 週休2日(土日祝)で年間休日124日、地下鉄丸の内駅から徒歩3分の好立地、少人数オフィスでアットホームな環境です。
