What will you do:
- Supervise and coordinate comprehensive facilities operations including car service, catering, security, and energy management systems
- Oversee maintenance of buildings and grounds while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with contractors for repairs and capital purchases
- Schedule and supervise renovation projects, safety inspections, and waste reduction initiatives
- Direct maintenance services across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry disciplines
