【ポジション概要】
業務基盤開発本部のID基盤グループでシニアバックエンドエンジニアを募集しています。
ID基盤グループはマネーフォワードクラウド製品群全体をサポートするビジネスに不可欠なマイクロサービスを開発しています。このチームが開発する主要なユーザー管理サービスは、1日あたり数千万のリクエストを処理し、30以上の異なるプロダクトをサポートしています。プロダクトを支えるPlatform Engineeringのマインドセットを持った方を募集しております。
【チームについて】
株式会社マネーフォワードビジネスカンパニー - 業務基盤開発本部 - マネーフォワードグループ基盤開発部 - ID基盤グループ
このチームは主に認証、認可、ユーザー管理、監査ログプラットフォームのマイクロサービスを開発しています。ID基盤グループはMFCプロダクトチーム、および他のプラットフォームエンジニアリングチーム(例:マネーフォワード ID認証システムチーム)と密接に連携しています。主なバックエンド言語はRubyとGolangです。どちらか一方に専門知識があり、もう一方を学ぶ意欲のある方を希望しています。チームは日本人とグローバルメンバーで構成されており、主に英語で運営されています。

【応募要件】
求めるスキル・経験
●認証システムまたはIDプロバイダー(Open ID Connect, OAuth, SAML, SSO, SCIM, Okta, Azure AD)の経験
●GolangまたはRubyでの豊富な経験
●データベース設計およびモデリング経験
●Cloud Infrastructureの設計とデプロイ経験
●Webアプリケーション開発経験5年以上
●コンピューターサイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連する技術分野の学士号
●日本への移住が可能で、週に2回以上東京のオフィスに出社できること
【歓迎要件】
●ID基盤統合の経験
●データエンジニアリングの経験 – ETLパイプライン、データ処理ジョブ、またはデータベース管理
●システムアーキテクチャ設計の経験
●マイクロサービス開発の経験
●DevOpsまたはSRE(サービス信頼性エンジニアリング)の経験
●コンテナベースの開発経験
●AIの開発経験もしくはAIツールを使用した開発経験

【想定年収】
6,408,000 円 - 10,008,000円
月給制
※所定・法定時間外および法定休日労働45時間分、深夜労働40時間分の固定手当を含む
<給与例>
月額534,000円(年額6,408,000円)- 834,000円(年額10,008,000円)の場合、それぞれ月額154,098円 - 240,687円の固定手当を含む。
【勤務時間】
9:30 - 18:30(休憩時間60分)を基本とし、従業員の決定に委ねる
※所定時間を超える労働あり
