募集背景:


体制強化に伴う増員募集になります

仕事内容:


丸紅の事業部門/グループ内の事業会社、グループ外の大手~中堅企業に対して、事業戦略/SX戦略の立案、デジタルイノベーションの推進、CIO/CFO/コーポレート領域の変革などのコンサルティングプロジェクトに参画いただきます。

また当本部は、より高度な顧客課題の解決ニーズに応えるべくサービステーマを随時拡充しており、オファリング開発への参画機会や、新たな専門性を身に付ける機会があります。

2025年度のサービス拡充例)

・ソーシャルインパクトの定量化、財務/非財務情報を連動させた経営機能高度化(CxO向けアセスメント、など)

・リスクマネジメント全般(サイバーセキュリティ、CSIRT構築、サプライチェーン/サードパーティーリスクや地政学/経済安全保障リスクへの対応、など)

応募資格:


下記いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

・領域問わずコンサルティングファームでのコンサルティング経験をお持ちの方

・コンサルティングファーム或いはSIer企業において、サステナビリティ推進組織、CFO(経理・財務)、CIO/CDO(情報システム部門・DX推進組織)、CRO(リスクマネジメント部門)へ支援経験をお持ちの方

  • SX・DX戦略、ビジネスモデル変革、ビジネスプロセス整備
  • IT企画・ITガバナンス、基幹系システム構想・構築
  • セキュリティアセスメント、動向調査・製品選定、SOC/CSIRT体制構築
  • 統合リスク管理構築、BCP策定、サプライチェーン・ITリスクアセスメント

(※企業に属さずフリーランスの立場でSX・DX関連のプロジェクト支援経験をお持ちの方も応募資格に該当します)

未経験からでも下記に該当する方は歓迎します

・これまでの経歴や経験に関係無く、ゼロベースでコンサルタントの基本職能(論理的思考、高度なコミュニケーション技術(口頭、文書・図形表現)など)を習得する覚悟をお持ちの方

雇用形態:


正社員

試用期間中の雇用形態の差異はありません

想定給与:


想定年収580~1100万円

月額(基本給):299,080円~

固定残業手当/月:115,220円~(固定残業時間45時間0分/月)

超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給

賞与年2回(6月、12月)

試用期間3ヵ月あり。期間中の給与・待遇の差異はありません

勤務時間:


・フレックスタイム制導入

・コアタイム:10時30分~15時45分

・休憩時間:60分(12時~13時)

・所定労働時間7時間15分

・所定時間外労働:有

・標準的な勤務時間帯:9時15分~17時30分

・その他就業時間補足:月の残業時間は、携わるプロジェクトにより変動あり

・事業所は本社(東京)のみですので、転勤はございません。

担当する案件により、出張をしていただくことはございます。
