現在在籍中のスタッフは

20代後半~40代が中心です

インストラクターとして、

ホテル内のマシンジム・プールでの接客・案内・安全管理を

お願いしています。

高級ホテルでの接客・対応力が身に付きます

先輩スタッフが一つずつ丁寧にお教えしますので、

これまでにお仕事のご経験がある方で、

ご自身のペースを大切にしながら働きたい方も

安心してスタートできます。

海外のお客様のご利用も多く、

英語を使う機会がある職場です。

英語が話せる方はもちろん、

「これから少しずつ身につけたい」

「将来に向けて経験を積みたい」

という方も歓迎します

<研修内容>

eラーニング+現場でのOJT研修を実施。

業務の流れを理解してから実践に入るため、

未経験の方も不安なく始められます。

現在活躍しているスタッフの多くも、

異業種からの転職・ブランク明けです。

<シフトについて>

週3日~5日勤務歓迎

生活リズムを整えながら、

安定して働きたい方に向いています。

「フルタイムは不安だけど、

きちんと働きたい」など、

無理なく続けられるお仕事です。

<必須条件>

・高卒以上

・週3~4日以上、長期(1年以上)勤務が可能な方

<歓迎条件>

・業界未経験OK(研修制度あり)

・社会人経験のある方

・接客やサービス業のご経験がある方

・落ち着いた対応を大切にできる方

・フリーター大歓迎

海外のお客様のご利用も多いため、

・英語での簡単なご案内ができる方

・語学を学んだ経験がある方

・今後、英語力を身につけたい方

も歓迎します。

勤務時間詳細


6:00~22:00

※オープン6:00からの勤務や

16:00~ラストまで勤務できる方歓迎

  • 週4or5日~、1日4時間~OK
  • 短時間勤務、扶養内勤務OK
  • 勤務時間・曜日は応相談

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1300円 〜 1320円

<早朝・土日は時給20円UP>

・6:00~10:00/時給1320円~

・土日はずっと20円UP

※研修100時間は時給1230円

※経験・スキルによってベースの時給は変化します

月収20万8000円

時給1300円×1日8時間×月20日勤務

  • プライベートと両立して勤務

月収12万4800円

時給1300円×1日6時間×月16日勤務
