仕事内容:

弊社は、「投資教育の普及」という理念を掲げ、

個人向けに、FXや株といった投資のスキル向上やノウハウに関する教育コンテンツ(e-ラーニング講座)の企画および販売を行っています。

また、現在は海外展開に向けても動いています。

あなたには、企画のWeb広告の制作や出稿に携わる業務全般をお任せします。

弊社はOJT研修制度を取り入れており、先輩社員のサポートをしながら業務を覚え、

マーケティングの基礎や販売戦略、弊社で行っているプロモーションの流れなど、

一連の流れを学ぶことで徐々に独り立ちを目指していきます。

(個々の適性によりますが、入社半年~1年程度で独り立ちできる社員が多いです)

最初は慣れない作業や、覚えなければいけない知識量で壁にぶつかることもあるかもしれませんが、

実務研修を通してスキルや知識を身につけ、第一線で活躍している社員が多数いますので、

自分自身の頑張り次第でキャリアアップできる環境です。

◆具体的な仕事内容◆

・Web広告(動画広告やWeb広告)の準備・進行(広告運用自体は広告代理店に委託しています)

※広告運用は広告代理店に委託していますが、出稿するためのディレクションをします。

決められた予算内での運用をしてもらえるよう代理店との折衝や予算管理を行ったり、

広告成果を最大化するための施策考案なども、代理店と協力しながら進めていきます

・ランディングページ作成や調整

・広告物を仕上げる社内、社外との連携・ディレクション

・メールマガジンや広告文、その他メディア記事の作成

(他社のメールマガジン媒体に広告出稿する際の広告文の作成をします)

・広告集客に伴う集計や配信周りの対応業務

他部署とも連携を取りながら、

より成果が狙える広告物を制作し、スケジュール通りに出稿できるよう進めていきます。

社歴・年齢に関係なく、意見を話し合える社風なので、

自分の意見やアイデアをすぐに成果物に生かせるのも魅力のひとつです。

成果を出せば、入社歴関係なく管理職へのキャリアアップもでき、

実際に入社3~4年で管理職にキャリアアップした人もいます。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00 ~ 18:00 または 10:00 ~ 19:00(実働8時間)

残業時間平均30~40時間程度

給与:

  • 残業代は別途全額支給
  • 本採用後、年2回(5月、11月)給与改定制度あり
