仕事内容:

国内最大規模のヘルステック(Health Tech)カンパニーである当社は、「人類の健康に最も貢献する企業」への実現に向けて、データ・テクノロジー人材を募集しております。

◎具体的な業務内容

RIZAPグループの多角的な事業(chocoZAP、ボディメイク事業、リテール事業等)から得られる膨大なデータを活用し、ビジネスインパクトを最大化するためのデータ基盤構築およびAIソリューションの開発を担っていただきます。

  • データパイプラインの構築・運用

社内外の多様なツール・システムからBigQueryへのデータ連携・集約。

分析用データマートの設計およびETL処理の実装。

  • データの可視化と意思決定支援

Looker Studio等を用いたダッシュボード構築による、経営・現場の意思決定支援。

  • AI・LLMを活用したソリューション開発

生成AI(LLM)等を用いた社内業務効率化や顧客体験向上を目的としたエンジニアリング(チャットボット基盤の構築など)。

  • 高度なAIモデルの研究開発・実装

最新のアルゴリズムを用いた、需要予測、画像解析、数理最適化などのモデル開発とプロダクトへの実装。

求める人材:

経験: *Pythonを用いた実務レベルのプログラミング経験

実務経験1年以上。*

  • 機械学習・深層学習に関する専門知識

AI関連の最新のアルゴリズムを読み解き、内容を理解・実装できるレベル。

主要なMLフレームワーク(PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn等)の実務利用経験。

  • データエンジニアリングの基礎知識

SQLを用いたデータ操作、およびBigQuery等のDWH利用経験。

  • ソフトウェア開発の標準的なスキル

Git / GitHubを用いたチーム開発経験。Linuxコマンドの操作およびDocker等のコンテナ技術の理解。

資格:不問

  • 数学的素養

線形代数、微積分、統計学、物理演算等の深い知識。

  • 特定領域における開発経験

自然言語処理(NLP)、画像解析、数理最適化のいずれかに関する実務経験。

  • インフラ・クラウド知見

GCP(Google Cloud)環境での開発・運用経験。

  • AIの実装・デプロイ経験

開発したモデルをAPI化、あるいはプロダクトに組み込んだ経験(MLOps)。

コアタイム:10:00~15:00
