Mission of the Role:
- At the Hiroshima Plant, which manufactures electronic components for automobiles (center displays, speedometers, etc.)
- Personnel assignment based on production plan
- Production process quality and productivity improvement activities
Key Objectives of this Role:
- Monitor QCSD at the manufacturing site on a daily basis and find areas for improvement
- Create a plan to implement the identified improvement points and issue improvement instructions to the person in charge
- Manage the progress and results of improvement plans
- Feedback of findings and requests for improvement at the manufacturing site to related departments
- Training for manufacturing operators
Key Performance Indicators:
- OEE(overall equipment effectiveness)
- Customer Rejects PPM
Key Year One Deliverables:
- Monthly report
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Required
- Leadership
- Work experience as a supervisor at a manufacturing site (more than 3 years)
- Business level of Japanese and English
Preferred
- Experience in 5S activities and KYT activities at production sites
- Knowledge of quality control
Key Behaviors:
