Job Title: Area Human Resource (AHR)
You will support Sales & Profit by setting and implementing a People strategy to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your Area goals and Region people focuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will ensure we have the right people onboard in the right positions through attracting, recruiting and onboarding talents. This includes monitoring, analyzing and fulfilling Area's future needs arising from succession, development and expansion.
- You will coach, upskill and quality assure recruitment and assessment competency of Store Managers and hiring teams, so they are capable in hiring right talents for their store.
- You will enable and support qualitative leadership and ensure that our people have the opportunity to grow and develop. You will coach and upskill Store Managers ensuring that they are competent in delivering clear onboarding, functional role, organizational and core critical training, as well as structured performance management for colleagues in stores.
- You will follow up on people development plans in your Area through succession planning and talent pipeline building. You will actively coach Store Managers in developing their teams, ensuring they are working with talent and leadership development.
- You will promote our Values and Company Culture to support our business success. You will ensure that all team members in stores receive the global introduction to H&M Values as well as live them in our daily work.
Qualifications:
- You should have a strong people focus and be passionate about talent development, performance delivery and leadership, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals.
- You should have a broad HR knowledge and experience that understands the overall picture from our Brand and People Plan.
Requirements:
- H.R. or business management degree/relevant qualifications.
- Deep understanding of learning and development, talent growth, performance management and leadership.
- Good knowledge of compensation and benefits, people relations and talent acquisition.
- High level of leadership and analytical proficiency; skilled in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Effective collaborator with strong stakeholder management and communication skills with proficiency in English.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Sales Market Human Resource. Specific working location will be discussed during the interview process.
Both verbal and writing Japanese skills are required and work permission in Japan is necessary.
