【お任せする仕事内容】

住宅リフォーム事業部にて、一般家庭向けの住宅設備・リフォームのご案内を担当します。

お客様のお話を丁寧に聞き、内容をわかりやすく説明することがメインのお仕事です。

扱う商材はシンプルで、流れも決まっているため、営業が初めての方でも安心してスタートできます。

<具体的には>

・お客様へのご説明・ヒアリング

・リフォームや設備内容のご案内

・打合せ・相談対応

・契約のご案内(慣れてから)

・簡単な事務作業

※いきなり契約を取ることはありません。

※最初は"接客・説明パート"から始めます。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり140時間

10:30〜18:00(実働6.5h)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万5000円 〜 70万円

固定残業代:なし

・360万円/19歳(入社1年・アポインター)

・504万円/22歳(入社2年・主任)

・720万円/24歳(入社2年・部長)
