The site of Tokyo based in Japan belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Project Management Office for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You deploy scheduling activities across all project functions and adapt the role to the project perimeter
• You support teams by performing scheduling tasks while training them
• You set up and maintain project schedules and handle planning communication when needed
• You train project leaders on standard scheduling methods and ensure consistent application
• You ensure schedules are properly resourced and aligned between high-level and detailed plans
• You identify and solve scheduling issues and support regular schedule reviews
• You validate planning inputs and propose timing scenarios to secure milestones
• You escalate critical gaps when necessary and coordinate with resource management
• You promote and apply company values, ethics, safety rules, and internal standards

Let's Talk About You…

• You hold a degree in project management, engineering, or a related field You already have experience in project scheduling, project coordination, or project management support
• You are fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus. You have strong communication skills, an international mindset, and are open to new cultures and ways of working
• You are humble, a good listener, positive, professional, and diplomatic
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus
