投資用自社シリーズ物件

(ベイルーム)の品質を創る仕事

建設現場における「司令塔」 として、

品質・工程・安全・ 原価の管理を中心に、

現場全体 をまとめ上げる仕事です。

工事が計画通り、安全に、

チームを牽引して建物づくりを進めます。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

現場を円滑に進めるための

管理・調整業務をお任せします。

❶ 工程・進捗の管理

施工スケジュールの作成

工事の進捗状況をチェック

❷ 品質・技術の管理

図面・仕様書の確認、

施工内容のチェック

高品質な仕上がりを実現

❸ 安全・環境の管理

現場の安全管理(巡回・指導)

安全書類の作成

❹ コスト・原価の管理

使用する材料やコストの管理

予算内での工事完了を目指す

❺ チーム・関係者との連携

職人や協力会社への指示・打合せ

施主・設計事務所・行政との対応

❻ 書類・報告書の作成

工事写真や報告書などの作成
