仕事内容:

茅ヶ崎市内の決まったコースを回り、

資源の回収・積み込み作業を行います。

作業は必ず二人一組で行います。

入社後は、先輩スタッフと一緒に現場に入り、

最初は助手業務からスタートします。

仕事の流れや安全面を覚えながら、少しずつ慣れていただきます。

仕事に慣れてきたら、

入社から3か月を目安に、運転業務もお願いしていきます。

いきなり一人で運転を任せることはありません。

※回収エリアは茅ヶ崎市内のみ

※雨天時も回収作業はあります

※祝日も出勤があります

※夜勤はありません

※デスクワーク中心の仕事ではありません

《 お仕事の流れ 》

8:00 出社 朝礼

8:30 出発

決まったルートを回り、拠点(約100拠点)ごとに車を停車させ周辺の資源物を収集していきます。

16:30 夕礼

17:00 帰社・退勤

*休憩は状況を見ながら一日を通じて1時間(7-9月は1時間以上)付与致します。

茅ヶ崎市内の決まったコースを回り、

資源の回収・積み込み作業を行います。

作業は必ず二人一組で行います。

入社後は、先輩スタッフと一緒に現場に入り、

最初は助手業務からスタートします。

仕事の流れや安全面を覚えながら、少しずつ慣れていただきます。

仕事に慣れてきたら、

段階的に運転業務も覚えていただきます。

いきなり一人で運転を任せることはありません。

※雨天時も回収作業はあります

※祝日も出勤があります

※夜勤はありません

※デスクワーク中心の仕事ではありません

アピールポイント:

① 月給27万円の月給で安定

天候や回収量に左右されない月給です。

毎月の収入が安定しています。

② 未経験OK・二人一組で作業

最初は先輩と一緒に作業します。

一人で現場に出ることはありません。

③ 茅ヶ崎市内のみ・転勤なし

回収エリアは茅ヶ崎市内のみ。

長距離移動や転勤はありません。

④ 作業着支給・髪型自由

作業着(ユニフォーム・上着)は支給します。

髪型・髪色は自由です。

⑤ 飲み物を1日2本支給

現場での負担を減らすため、

飲み物を1日2本支給しています。

⑥ 段階的に運転を覚えられる

入社後すぐに運転を任せることはありません。

3か月を目安に、段階的に運転を覚えていただきます。

⑦ 夜勤なし

日中の仕事のみで、生活リズムを保てます。

【必須条件】

・体を動かす仕事に慣れている方

・周囲と声をかけ合いながら働いた経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間 8: 00〜17: 00(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

勤務日 月〜金、祝祭日

休日 金曜、土曜(完全週休2日)、年末年始
