仕事内容
施工管理(大阪)【リクルート発祥/現大和ハウスG/福利厚生充実】
【仕事内容】
施工管理として施工図面を基に施工計画を作成し、工事を推進していただきます。
同社は提案~受注段階から営業・設計・施工管理がチームとしてクライアントへのヒアリング・提案を行うため、上流工程から携わっていただくことが可能です。
発注先は長きにわたって信頼関係を構築している幅広い領域をカバーできる会社が多いため、発注先が煩雑化しづらく円滑にチームワークを取りながら仕事を進めることが可能です。
・企画段階:概算見積書、工程表、工事概要書の作成、ビルの現地調査
・計画段階:協力会社との交渉、最終見積書作成
・発注段階:入居ビル管理会社との工事条件等の調整、協力会社との施工方法等の協議
・施工段階:工事内容の図面との整合性の確認、現場の安全管理
※ご経験値豊富な方には入社段階からコンストラクションマネジメントをご依頼する可能性もございます。
扱う案件は請負額1億円超のリノベーション案件やオフィス・商業施設の内装案件、数千万円規模のマンションギャラリーなど、多岐にわたります。顧客は既存が約半数で、請負形態は9割が元請けです。
※同社はもともとリクルートグループとして創業しており、安定して案件を獲得できています。
