システムエンジニア
バックオフィスを中心とするIT領域を担当し、業界知識・会社知識・IT知見/スキルを駆使しながら会社の価値向上に貢献することがミッションです。
経営/販売アナリティクス、社内ポータルや社内申請、会計、給与等の各種社内ITが業務範囲となり、180を超えるシステムが存在します。AIを始めとした様々な施策を活用してIT基盤のDX化を推進します。
社内SEには、ITコーディネート(経営戦略をいかにITで実現するか)・システム企画(業務分析を経て導入するシステムの企画)・システム導入(システム構築)・運用保守(運用状況のモニタリング、更なる効率化/品質向上の改善対応)の4つのレイヤーがあり、入社後はまずシステム導入のレイヤーに参画して頂きます。
外部の技術研修・セミナー・OJTを通じて基礎知識を習得した後、他のレイヤーでの業務経験を経て、ゼネラリスト又はスペシャリストを目指していただきます。
ネットワークゲームに必要な大規模な商用インフラや、ゲーム開発に必要な社内インフラの設計・構築・運用、また、社内の業務用アプリケーションやAI活用推進に必要とされる環境の企画・導入・運用保守を担います。

セキュリティエンジニア
本ポジションでは、セキュリティアラートの監視・対応や、各種システムの脆弱性診断、セキュリティルール策定やリスクアセスメント(リスク評価)、海賊版対策・チート対策、教育・啓発など、様々な部門と連携し、当社コンテンツのセキュリティを向上させる業務に携わっていただきます。
必要な知識や経験も多岐に渡る職種ですが、入社後よりOJTや外部研修を通して、ITやセキュリティなど必要な基礎知識をしっかり学んだ上で、業務経験と実績を伴ったキャリアを積み重ねていただきます。

インフラエンジニア
リアルタイム性を要するMMORPG、ソーシャルゲームを動作させるインフラ基盤をITテクノロジーをもって構築・運営します。
またHDゲーム開発に要求される高性能ビルドやレンダリングを実現するサーバー・ネットワークなどの構築・運用、ゲームユーザアクセスの処理を可能とするストレージ・データベースなどのインフラ構築・運用を始め、海外展開しているデータセンターにおけるオンプレミス環境から、AWS/GCPといった先進のクラウド技術を融合したシステムなどハイブリッドに構築します。
近年では、生成AIや機械学習を活用した次世代ゲーム開発の創出に向けて全社的なAI活用推進に向けた基盤づくりにも積極的に取り組んでいます。
ゲーム開発拠点からお客様へサービス提供を行うデータセンターは世界中に存在し、グローバルに多数のエンドユーザーを抱えるサービスに携わることができ、大容量データ/大規模トランザクションなど普段は触れることのできない性能を要求され、解決に向けて新技術の検討や導入経験を積むことができます。

PC/エンドポイント・エンジニア
「PC/エンドポイント・エンジニア」は当社(国内グループ会社を含む)開発環境を管理・運用するポジションです。
具体的には、社員が利用しているPCなどエンドポイント端末の運用・管理やゲーム開発専用機器のサポート、またIT資産管理やセキュリティ対策を行うためのエンドポイント関連ソリューションの検討・導入・運用を行います。
「PC/エンドポイント・エンジニア」はPCのハードウェアの基本的な知識がある、もしくは興味があり、技術習得に前向きなことが必須要件となります。また社内開発者等のユーザと接する機会が多い職種のためコミュニケーションスキルも重要です。
将来的には、ゲーム開発用PCに適用する新技術の検証・評価や標準機の選定、またエンドポイントに関わるソリューションの検討・導入・運用などを行って頂きたいと考えています。
