仕事内容:

グループホームみたては、認知症高齢者の方々が小規模な環境で生活されている施設での夜勤専従のお仕事です。

【主なお仕事について】

・夕食・夜食のサポート、服薬準備

・夜間の排泄介助(おむつ交換)、見回り、コール対応

・就寝・起床介助およびモーニングケア(朝食準備、薬の準備)

・入浴介助や身体介助を含む生活援助

・ご入居者様の状態把握と記録業務

・職員との夜勤業務の報告、連絡、引き継ぎ

【勤務時間】

16:30~翌9:30(休憩150分/実働14.5時間)

月4回~10回、応相談

週3日から勤務可能、シフトは応相談

初任者・実務者・基礎研修:1,370円~1,870円

・介護福祉士:25,225円~27,225円

①【出産のとき】

出産見舞金が受けられ、元気に子育てが出来ます

②【医療費支給あり】

グループ内での医療機関を受診したときに支給されます(※共済会制度で給付を認めた院所に限ります)

③【産前産後休暇・病気や怪我で休んだとき】

傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養出来ます

※社会保険とあわせ平均給与の約96.6%が保障されます。

④【病気や怪我で入院したとき】

傷病で医療機関に入院したときの医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が『入院見舞金』として90%支給されます。

⑤【退職されるとき】

退職者慰労会の会員が、所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、『退職一時金』または『退職者慰労金』が受給できます。

⑥【ご不幸にあわれたとき】

指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円〜最大250万円の給付があります。
