「【HRTech部門】シニアアカウントエグゼクティブ」のポジションの求人です

同社では、時価総額1,000億円・上場を目指す中で、生成AI領域を含む各事業が急成長を遂げています。中でも、HRTech事業はエンジニア採用・育成・評価の領域において、「組織と人材のテクノロジースキル最大化」を実現する中核事業として拡大中です。

「Track」をはじめとする自社プロダクトは、すでにエンタープライズ企業を中心に高い引き合いを得ており、プロダクト横断での本質的な課題解決を担うアカウントエグゼクティブの存在がより重要になっています。

このポジションでは、アカウントごとのLTV最大化と長期的な信頼関係の構築にコミットしながら、既存事業にとらわれず、必要があればプロダクト開発や新規事業立案にも踏み込める裁量があります。

「クライアントの事業変革を共に牽引したい」「営業から社会実装レベルの価値提供がしたい」そんな想いを持つ方をお待ちしています。

【職務内容】

■概要

同社のあらゆるAI・DXソリューションを通じて、大手エンタープライズクライアントの事業変革に伴走し、アカウントごとのMRRおよびLTV最大化を行い、日本企業のAI導入・活用/デジタル人材研修のベストプラクティスを確立し、 AIの社会実装やデジタル人材の育成に貢献します。

ご相談いただく課題を既存事業で解決できない場合は、事業開発(BizDev)に近い動きで、顧客とともに新規サービスやプロダクトの開発を提案・推進いただくケースも数多くございます。既にある多角的なソリューションだけではなく、ギブリーの開発力(120名を超える社内50%のエンジニア組織)やAI活用事例を活かした完全カスタマイズやオーダーメイドの提案も可能です。

■具体的には

・エンタープライズ企業との長期的パートナーシップ構築

・アカウントごとのMRRおよびLTV最大化

・新規大型顧客の開拓、商談、受注までの一連の営業活動

・事業部門横断的なソリューションの提案にあたっての部門横断での連携

・カスタマイズ開発の提案や、場合によって顧客共創型での新規事業開発 等

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■IT業界での法人営業経験(5年以上)

■大型案件やエンタープライズ向け営業・コンサルティング経験

■高度な提案・交渉・クロージングスキル

・組織論や人材マネジメントに関する深い知識と実践経験

・デジタル技術と組織変革を結びつける先進的な視点

・チェンジマネジメントスキルと組織の抵抗を克服する能力

・データ分析と AI を活用した組織診断・改善能力

・長期的な視点でのアカウントマネジメント能力

【給与】

年収 1000 ~ 1500 万円

インセンティブ賞与制度あり

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
