Centre Manager センター マネージャー - Hotel & Office Operations (Mon-Fri, Great Work-Life Balance)
Our client, a company in the luxury hotel and office industry, is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee operations in a premium environment akin to a 5-star hotel. This role offers the opportunity to manage P&L, lead a diverse team, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. ラグジュアリーホテルおよびオフィス業界の企業で、5つ星ホテルに匹敵するプレミアム環境の運営を監督する施設運営マネージャーを募集しています。この役職では、損益管理、多様なチームのリーダーシップ、卓越した顧客サービス基準の維持が求められます。月曜日から金曜日の勤務で、夜勤はありません。勤務地は中央東京で、素晴らしいワークライフバランスを実現できます。
主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- センターの損益および収益管理
- 顧客関係チームの監督とリーダーシップ
- ラグジュアリー環境における高いサービス基準の確保
- 契約更新やクライアントとの関係構築に関する交渉
- 日常業務と施設メンテナンスの管理
- チームメンバーのための研修プログラムの実施と監督
- 経費の監視と管理
- Oversee centre P&L and revenue management
- Supervise and lead the Engagement Team
- Ensure high service standards in luxury environment
- Conduct business negotiations for renewals and reinstatements
- Manage daily operations and facilities maintenance
- Implement and oversee training programs for team members
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Monitor and control centre expenses
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- ホスピタリティマネジメントでの5年以上の経験
- 損益管理の経験
- 優れた顧客サービススキル
- チームのリーダーシップと監督の経験
- Salesforceまたは類似のCRMツールの使用経験
- 日本語と英語の流暢な能力
- ラグジュアリーホテルやオフィス管理の経験がある方が望ましいが、必須ではありません
- 基本的なITトラブルシューティングの知識
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality management
- Experience with P&L management
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in team leadership and supervision
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience in luxury hotel or office management is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting
