【職務概要】

本ポジションは同社が展開する複数のEd Tech事業を中心に、広告戦略全体を統括し、事業成長を加速させる役割です。

【職務詳細】

・広告施策全体のKGI・KPIの戦略的施策立案及び実行

・生成AI等を活用した広告媒体の制作ディレクション

・協力パートナー企業のマネジメント

・広告チャネルの新規開拓

・ブランディングマーケティング

【これまでの事業例】

・医師・薬剤師・看護師等向けの癌治療分野の人材育成事業

・食品ロス削減の物流プラットフォーム事業

・保育士・栄養士等向けの教育分野の人材育成事業

・SDGs・AI分野の国際シンポジウム事業

※その他、AI開発事業、DXコンサルティング事業、オープンイノベーションプラットフォーム事業等も展開しています。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・Web広告およびSNS広告双方の実運用経験2年以上

【尚可】

・広告組織のマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収:700万~1000万程度

月給制:月額580000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:あり(昨年度実績2か月分)

昇給:あり

【勤務地】

東京都千代田区内神田 大和会館ビル2階Aフロア

JR山手線「神田」駅より徒歩6分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

9:00~18:00

試用期間:有(6ヶ月)
