Job Responsibilities:

1.Any of the circuit design or verification in DRAM products - Array circuit design DRAM Array, Row decoder, Column decoder, Word line driver, Sense amplifier, etc - Peripheral circuit design Command decoder, Row/Col control circuit, Data bus, DFT circuit, Fuse circuit, etc - Analog circuit design Voltage reference, Amplifier, LDO, Osillator, Charge pump, etc -High-speed IF curcuit desing High speed Tx/Rx circuit, DLL circuit, PLL circuit, etc - Verificaton Whole-chip verifiaction using Verilog. Various operational verification equivalent to JEDEC specification and DFT verification. Etc

2.Work with the design team, process team, and test team to determine product specifications such as timing specifications, process selection, internal power specifications, and layout specifications

3.To satisfy the target specifications, Actively implement proposals for various new circuits and consideration of improvement measures.

4.Work with the layout team to determine floor plans and conduct Post-Simulaiton.

5.Work with the design team to validate a variety of spices, verilog and layouts to ensure that the design is completed on time with responsibility.

6.Develop test specifications and support the test team.

Also, the analysis is supported responsibly in silicon evaluation.

Job Requirements:

Must

1. Electrical engineering, material engineering, physics, or their related fields

2.Basic knowledge of semiconductor circuits/layouts/devices

3.More than two years of experience in the semiconductor industry and experience in circuit design or verification

4.Experience with the following design tools Cadence/Virtuoso/Spice simulation(HSPICE,FineSim,nanoSpice,spector)/Verilog-HDL/StarRC/RSCALC 5, Communication skills in English

Want

1. Experienced in DRAM product design

2. Experienced in mix-signal circuitry design, or Nand/Nor flash memory, or other memory product.

3. Communication skills in Chinese or Japanese
