主な業務内容

当社が管理する商業施設やオフィスビルなどにおいて、各種設備の保守管理。

各種設備機器の維持管理、修繕や改修などの計画立案。

<専門知識が求められる業務>

電気・空調・給排水・衛生・防災などの点検、監視、緊急対応

設備更新工事8の計画、クライアントへの提案・取引先との折衝、監理

法定点検、報告書の作成、データ集計および分析

<日常管理業務>

・各設備の保守管理、定期的な巡回点検、検針

・昇降機の保守管理(エレベーター、エスカレーター)

・軽微な営繕・補修

安心して業務に取り組めます。

・第三種電気主任技術者(電験三種)

・建築物環境衛生管理技術者(ビル管)

・エネルギー管理士

<活かせる経験>

・設備管理・設備関連業務(設備機器管理会社、サブコンなど)

・施工管理経験

・機械・電気系統に関する深い知識

・設備工事業・設備機器メーカーなどの経備

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり165時間28分

勤務形態:シフト制(1ヶ月単位の変形時間労働制)

勤務時間一例:8:00〜16:40 (実働7時間40分 休憩時間60分)

残業:月平均10時間以下

休日休暇


シフト制/月8〜9日休み、

他に上期(4月~9月)、下期(10月~3月)の期間毎に4日間の休日を付与
