< 具体的な仕事内容 >
日本の伝統文化「盆栽」を育成・管理し
その魅力を世界へ広めるお仕事です。
専門知識は入社後に丁寧にお教えするので
未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。
レンタル業務
銀座を中心に都内の契約店
(官庁・レストラン・クリニックなど)へ
盆栽をお届けし、入れ替えやメンテナンスの
ための配送を行います。
週2~3回は都内で配達。
その他の日は
羽生本店にて、次週以降分のレンタル品の
準備をお願いします。
営業の要素は一切なく
訪問時の挨拶ができれば十分です。
*配送件数/1日20~30件程度
*使用する車種/ハイエース
盆栽の育成・管理・手入れ
水やり、剪定、植替えなどを行い
1つひとつの盆栽の価値を高めます。
専門技術の習得には数年かかりますが
着実に成長できる環境です
イベント運営サポート
国内外から注目されるオークションの
お手伝いなど、文化的価値の高い場に
関わることができます。
園内の環境整備
お客様や盆栽にとって心地よい空間を
維持するため、清掃や整備を行います。

求めている人材
必須条件
- 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
- 車の運転に慣れている方
※ハイエースの運転業務あり
歓迎条件
- 未経験歓迎/経験不問
- 盆栽、植物、日本文化歴史が好きな方
- 何事にも前向きで積極的に仕事に取り組める方
- 学歴不問/中卒OK・高卒OK
誰でもはじめは未経験
先輩社員が丁寧にサポートしますよ
専門的な知識や技術の習得が必要になりますが、この知識は将来かけがえのないものになります

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日 〜 25日
通常/8:30~18:00
(実働8時間・休憩90分)
夏期/7:00~17:00
(実働8時間・休憩120分)

週2日程度、都内の契約先へ
盆栽レンタルの入れ替えや
メンテナンスで配送を行います。
業務によっては早朝出発や
都内ホテルでの前泊、
自宅からの直行もあります。
※月~金の朝は交通渋滞があるため
柔軟な勤務形態をとっています。

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 24万円 〜
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり4万2800円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
